Description

Learn how to make perfectly cooked hard boiled eggs in an air fryer!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 pinch salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place eggs into the air fryer, not overlapping.
  2. For best results, allow eggs to sit on the counter for at least 10 minutes vs. straight out of the very cold fridge.
  3. Turn machine on, close the lid, and set to 270 degrees for the desired time:
    1. 10 minutes for runny yolks
    2. 14 minutes for yellow but soft yolks
    3. 15 minutes for perfect yolks that are hard but not overcooked so they turn gray
  4. Remove immediately and put into a bowl filled with cold water and ice cubes.
  5. Once cooled, remove shells and enjoy.
