- 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar (or brown sugar for added richness)
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and the egg until smooth.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Flatten each ball with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden but centers remain soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- These cookies will be soft in the center; do not overbake.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
