Description

A fun and tasty treat combining popcorn with colorful chocolate and sprinkles!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag popcorn (sea salt or kettle corn)
  • 1 cup Candy Melts (color of your choice)
  • to taste Sprinkles
  • to taste Luster Spray
  • to taste More Sprinkles
  • 1 cup Marshmallows
  • to taste Candy

Instructions

  1. Put a piece of parchment or wax paper onto a baking pan.
  2. Spread out popcorn evenly on the parchment so it is in a single layer.
  3. If using luster spray, spray over the popcorn.
  4. Melt your candy melts according to directions. Using three colors, use about ½ cup of each color per bag of popcorn.
  5. Using either a pastry bag or spoon, drip the melted chocolate all over the popcorn.
  6. While the chocolate is still wet, add sprinkles and any other toppings you desire.
  7. Let dry completely.
  8. Optional: mix up the popcorn and spread evenly over the parchment again. Repeat with adding more melted chocolate and toppings.
