Delicious vegan chocolate chip cookies made with simple ingredients.

- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup Vegan Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine cake mix, yogurt, and oil and mix well.
- Fold in vegan chocolate chips.
- Scoop 1 1/2 tbsp size cookie dough balls and place onto prepared baking sheet, leaving room between the cookies.
- Bake for 10 minutes. After removing from the oven, place additional vegan chocolate chips in the tops of the cookies before allowing to cool.
Notes
- For best results, use parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Experiment with different mix-ins like nuts or dried fruit.
