- 1 cup baby carrots
- 1 cup cucumber (sliced into rounds)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup celery sticks
- 1 cup bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 1 cup radishes (halved)
- 1 cup hummus (for serving)
Instructions
- On a large serving platter, arrange the baby carrots in the shape of a bunny’s head.
- Place cucumber rounds around the head to form the ears.
- Use cherry tomatoes for the eyes and a radish for the nose.
- Create a mouth with celery sticks and add bell pepper strips for whiskers.
- Fill the center of the tray with additional veggies and serve with hummus.
