Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber (sliced into rounds)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup celery sticks
  • 1 cup bell pepper (cut into strips)
  • 1 cup radishes (halved)
  • 1 cup hummus (for serving)

Instructions

  1. On a large serving platter, arrange the baby carrots in the shape of a bunny’s head.
  2. Place cucumber rounds around the head to form the ears.
  3. Use cherry tomatoes for the eyes and a radish for the nose.
  4. Create a mouth with celery sticks and add bell pepper strips for whiskers.
  5. Fill the center of the tray with additional veggies and serve with hummus.
