Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pastel-colored candy-coated chocolate eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan – Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting.
  2. Melt the Base – In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Add Flavor – Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Fold in Candy – Gently fold in most of the chopped pastel candy eggs, reserving a small handful for the top.
  5. Set the Fudge – Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle remaining candy pieces over the top and press lightly.
  6. Chill – Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until fully set.
  7. Slice & Serve – Lift from the pan using parchment, cut into squares, and enjoy.
