Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the fava beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
