  • 4 cups chicken broth (use low-sodium for health)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • refrigerated biscuit dough (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until they’re tender and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  2. Toss in the diced potatoes, stirring for a few more minutes until they’re just starting to soften.
