Description

Ingredients

  • ⅔ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend for 1 minute, scraping down the sides if needed, until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the cashew cream into a jar and place in the fridge to thicken and cool before using.
  3. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
