Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Mix gently until just combined.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean or slightly gooey.
  7. Cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack and cutting into squares.
