- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup whole milk (or almond/oat milk)
- ½ cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Mix gently until just combined.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean or slightly gooey.
- Cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack and cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can use melted butter instead of vegetable oil.
- Ensure that the eggs are at room temperature for better mixing.
