Description
This garlic bread is the perfect side dish for pasta or soups, loaded with gooey cheese and flavorful garlic.

- 1 loaf French bread (about 12–14 oz)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic until well combined.
- Slice French bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
- Generously spread the garlic butter mixture over each half of the bread.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly followed by a hearty layer of shredded mozzarella.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve hot.

- Store leftover garlic bread in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
