Description

This garlic bread is the perfect side dish for pasta or soups, loaded with gooey cheese and flavorful garlic.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread (about 1214 oz)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Slice French bread in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Generously spread the garlic butter mixture over each half of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly followed by a hearty layer of shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve hot.
