Description

A refreshing mango lassi made with ripe mangoes, yogurt, and a touch of sweetness.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (can use Greek yogurt for a thicker consistency)
  • 1/2 cup milk (adjust for desired consistency)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
  • 1 cup ice cubes (optional for a chilled drink)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, milk, honey or sugar, and ground cardamom.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until the ice is crushed and incorporated.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the milk for your desired consistency.
  • Feel free to omit the cardamom if preferred.
