Description
A refreshing mango lassi made with ripe mangoes, yogurt, and a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients

- 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt (can use Greek yogurt for a thicker consistency)
- 1/2 cup milk (adjust for desired consistency)
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
- 1 cup ice cubes (optional for a chilled drink)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, milk, honey or sugar, and ground cardamom.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again until the ice is crushed and incorporated.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the milk for your desired consistency.
- Feel free to omit the cardamom if preferred.
