Description
A refreshing salad featuring ripe peaches, honey, and basil.
Ingredients

- 4–6 ripe peaches (pitted and cut into bite-size pieces)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 basil leaves (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup lemon chevre (or plain chevre with a little lemon zest)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place the peaches in a bowl. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat.
- Gently fold in basil and chevre. Serve immediately.
