Description

Delicious chocolate peanut butter bark that is easy to make and perfect for sharing!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 cups Chocolate (Semisweet, Melted)
  • 23 tbsp Peanut butter (Creamy, Melted)
  • 1520 Saltine crackers (E. Salted crackers)
  • 2 tsp Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line the cookie tray or cake pan with parchment paper.
  2. Pour about 2 cups of melted chocolate in the center.
  3. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate over the entire pan.
  4. Arrange a layer of salted crackers on top of the chocolate.
  5. Pour 3 more cups of melted chocolate in the center.
  6. Use a spatula to spread the chocolate completely over the crackers.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of melted peanut butter randomly on top of the chocolate.
  8. Run a wooden skewer or chopstick through the melted chocolate until you have lots of swirls and a beautiful swirled or marble effect.
  9. Toss some sprinkles.
  10. Place pan in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to allow the chocolate and peanut butter to set and harden.
  11. Flip the pan onto a table and remove the parchment paper and break the bark into random pieces. You can also use a knife to cut random shapes and enjoy!
