Delicious chocolate cups filled with assorted nuts, perfect for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups white baking bars, couverture wafers, or melting discs
- 1 1/2 cups dark baking bars, couverture wafers, or melting discs
- 1 to 2 cups assorted nuts (such as salted almonds, roasted pistachios, pecans, macadamia nuts, cashews, or peanuts)
Instructions
- Line a standard muffin tin with cupcake liners or use a silicone muffin pan.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl: heat for 1 minute, stir, then microwave in 15-second intervals until smooth.
- Repeat with the white chocolate in a separate bowl.
- Spoon about 2 tablespoons of melted dark chocolate into 6 muffin cups. Top each with a handful of assorted nuts.
- Do the same with the white chocolate in the remaining 6 muffin cups.
- If desired, drizzle leftover white chocolate over the dark chocolate cups, and dark chocolate over the white ones.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
