Description

This delicious white chocolate fudge is a perfect treat for any occasion, packed with sweetness and festive sprinkles!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix (I used Betty Crocker, but use whatever sugar cookie mix you prefer!)
  • ½ cup valentines sprinkles
  • 23 oz white chocolate bark
  • 1 Tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray lightly with non-stick spray. Set aside.
  2. In a large double boiler, combine the sugar cookie mix, white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla. Heat over medium until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and add half the sprinkles, and mix. Reserve the other half for the top of the fudge.
  4. Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared baking dish. Smooth the top and gently press the remaining sprinkles into the top.
  5. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. When the fudge has hardened, remove from the baking dish and cut into equal-sized pieces.
  6. Melt the chocolate bark in a microwave-safe dish. You can use a piping bag, Ziplock bag, or just drizzle with a spoon! Let the chocolate harden and enjoy.

  • You can customize the sprinkles based on the occasion or holiday!
  • For a smoother texture, make sure to stir continuously while melting the chocolate.
