Description
A delightful and easy-to-make dish featuring potstickers baked in a rich coconut milk and curry sauce, garnished with chili crisps, cilantro, and sesame seeds.

- 1 can unsweetened coconut milk (13 ounces, full fat)
- 1/2 bottle Trader Joe’s Thai style red curry sauce
- 3 tablespoons Trader Joe’s Soyaki sauce (or soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 bag Trader Joe’s chicken gyoza potstickers (16 ounces)
- to taste chili crisps
- to taste cilantro
- to taste sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 ℉.
- In a large casserole dish, add the coconut milk (shake the can first), Thai curry sauce, Soyaki, lime juice, sesame oil, grated garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk the ingredients until combined.
- Add the potstickers to the dish by nestling them in the sauce in a single layer. Spoon some sauce over the tops of the potstickers.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes to crisp the tops. Broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes if your casserole dish is broiler safe.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chili crisps, cilantro, and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- This dish can be customized with other vegetables or proteins according to your preference.
- Be careful while broiling; keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
